We use the latest scientific information about biology and nutritional sciences to get to the root cause of your problem and remove it from teh ground up. Masking symptoms is not our way. We will use our knowledge to help change your health for the better for longer. While Nutrition is our core practise we also use other techniques to reduce stress, improve energy, reduce symptoms of ill health, improve weight, reduce inflammation improve mood and much more related to wellbeing and health.

Hi. I'm an IACP-accredited counsellor & psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in Cork City and online sessions via Zoom or Phone. I work with adults (individuals and couples) looking for support in areas such as bereavement and loss, anxiety and depression, stress and illness, abuse, self-harm, relationships, maternal mental health (depression during/post-pregnancy, miscarriage, pregnancy loss) and any other life changes that can emerge and create uncertainty in life.  I believe that everyone should be able to benefit from confidential and non-judgemental support when life feels difficult. I work in a client-centred, humanistic and integrative way: I value my clients' own experience of life and together we explore more fulfilling and resourceful ways of being in the world. I draw on different techniques in my work, but essentially my role is to support and help empower the people I work with. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a Professional Certificate in CBT and I am committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
