Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

This is my first session with Robert. It went very well for me. I found him gifted in his presence and as a therapist.

Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. Crazy that it has been such a long time since and I am still feeling the great effects of it. I have recommended Cormac to all my friends. It is crazy the impact it has made on my life. Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

My wife’s cancer journey was a difficult one and it had tremendously affected our relationship. We learned a lot about ourselves in Marriage Counselling; the various attachment styles, how they correlate to our own and towards our loved ones. My wife and I learned to laugh again like we used to when we first met. We are forever grateful for Ashrina’s help. She helped us find ourselves again. Another lease of life! Also, we did not realize that trauma is an integral part of the cancer journey especially in the aftermath of remission. We are now back in South Carolina and we will see you again in the Fall. I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself! I would highly recommend to anyone who feels a bit lost and doesn't know where to start!
