I have been seeing Renata for a number of months now for virtual therapy sessions for Anxiety and a rare form of OCD, I had seen a different therapist before I saw Renata however I was not making progress as ultimately I felt they did not fully understand my particular struggles with Anxiety/OCD. I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Renata, she is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who got to the root of my issues, we also began looking at other areas of my life that needed improvement. Solving Mental Health struggles can be like putting together a jigsaw, It takes time and consistency to improve your mental health and there may be things that are bothering you that you are not even conscious of but Renata was very intuitive and I felt she really understood my specific issues. From being at a point earlier in the year where I could not sleep and felt I was on the brink of falling apart my anxiety has significantly decreased and also my confidence in other areas of my life has greatly improved, Renata really got to work on my self-esteem and lack of confidence issues that bothered me for some time, I feel a significant improvement in these areas. If you are struggling with your mental health I cannot recommend a better therapist than Renata, her knowledge is vast, her kindness and compassion are sincere and genuine, she has really helped me and I am very thankful for that.

No summation would be fitting enough. Alan helped undo years of damage past and present, in a very short amount of time (Testiment to his gift) and helped me make sense of what was happening during my state of phycosis. I never thought I'd laugh or be able to be proud again. Alan helped save my life and I cannot recommened or say enough good things about him. Strongly recommened his service and forever grateful to him.

I connected with Susan instantly on the phone prior to making an appointment, she took time to speak with me first and identify what my issues were. I instantly felt lifted after this conversation. My treatment was perfect for me. Excellent service all round.

When I first was introduced to Ashrina Fallon, I felt like the lights were gone out inside my heart & soul. Another family member to nurse once again to that Big (C) that had taken half of my family already. Now this was the 4th person I had loved & now she was going to be taken away from me now too. I was in a very dark place... if I had not met Ash - the real 100% angel who got me to think, feel, see, and come alive again with the pent up emotions & fear that were trapped inside my head. She thought me how to set them all free and take in only all the positive things all around me in my life. So I did this one step at a time until I felt I could really breathe normally again. Thank you Ash for always understanding me.

Siobhan was wonderful from day one and always made me feel very comfortable each session. I never felt short for time her or felt like she was rushing me to finish a session, it always seemed to end on my terms which were really nice. She seemed to pinpoint my issues and help my confidence grow tenfold. Though our sessions are done for now I feel I can always go back whenever I'm having a particularly bad week. Couldn't recommend her enough especially for those who've never done this kind of sessions.
