Bernie has a unique way of bringing your confidence back starting from your first visit. Each visit helped me restructure my life step by step and setting goals really helped my progress. Bernie was very supportive and friendly but strong against my weakness when I felt overwhelmed which she talked me through. I was in a dark place and needed to talk to someone. Always feeling negative as if something bad was going to happen. Bernie helped me get out of that place and helped me see that it was stuff that had happened in my past which was affecting me over my life. She is kind, genuine and thought-provoking. I now feel more positive and hopeful about my life.

I went to see Bernie for about a year, and it most definitely changed how i see myself and my outlook on life for the better. I was made to feel so welcome, safe and understood from day one.
I have been to therapy before, but for the first time ever I had been given the tools to cope with feelings of anxiety and depression, to really get to the bottom of why i may feel certain ways about myself and my life and deal with them.
I would highly recommend Bernie, she is absolutely fantastic and has helped me more than i can say.

Bernie is an excellent counsellor. Bernie created a safe and comfortable environment where I could openly speak about difficulties that I was experiencing without any judgement at all. Bernie is specifically good at unearthing the reasons why we feel a particular way - may it be childhood, or a specific experience in your past. After a couple of sessions with Bernie, I realised I was speaking about things that I thought were totally unrelated to what I was currently going through but Bernie was able to piece together how certain thoughts and anxieties are formed. I seen Bernie for a period of 6 months and I am in a very different place now to when I started therapy with her. I would highly recommend.

Bernie was absolutely brilliant for me. From day one Bernie was very insightful and immediately understood the issues that I needed to deal with. Bernie helped me explore my issues and understand why I would react as I did to certain circumstances and situations. Bernie provided me with guidance and with exercises I could use every day to help me work on my issues. I am so grateful for the changes that Bernie has helped me develop . Her kindness and gentle professionalism and coaching has made a massive difference to me and how I now live my life and will continue to do so going forward.
