If you are finding that enduring or living through a difficult, uncertain, stressful, traumatic  time or life is overwhelming you. If you find that your thoughts, feelings and emotions are limiting your ability to enjoy or engage fully in your life; you may need to talk to a trained professional to enable you to work through life's difficulties that may be stressful or overwhelming.    If you have concerns about: ANXIETY,  BEREAVEMENT, DEPRESSION, or any other of life's difficulties that you feel that are are limiting you to fully live your life.             ________________________________     I provide an open minded, approachable, non judgemental, and confidential service.  I work with  clients from 18 years of age on a one to one basis in a safe confidential environment.        Couple counselling is also available.                                                       INITIAL CONSULTATION During our first meeting; together we can explore what would be the best way of helping you. The amount of sessions can be discussed at this time. Restore Psychotherapy Counselling - CBT, led by Siobhan Leahy, B.Sc., B.A., M.A, DPS, provides a range of mental health services including psychotherapy, counselling and C.B.T. Siobhan believes that establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is vital for effective treatment. She integrates psycho-dynamic therapy with C.B.T., Resilience Building and Narrative Therapy to support clients in finding solutions to their difficulties. Sessions are available online and are 60 minutes in duration.
