I was in a lot of pain with neck and shoulder muscle spasms. A combination of physio, dry needle and exercise I was given to do at home, sorted out my problem. I will definitely be recommending Total Physio and the young lady Melanie, to my friends.
Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. After suffering chronic lower back pain and sciatica for 6 years as a result of 2 bulging discs I have finally found huge relief after only a few sessions with Dr Clifford and spinal decompression. I have attended the clinic for back and shoulder pain. My physio was Prathap an excellent practitioner and a very nice person. He explained what and where the source of the problem was, then in a straightforward way what treatment was necessary. Two visits and the problem is almost gone. Also given some simple exercises to do at home. Excellent thank you.
Robbie Smyth and the Physio Performance team were great. I had a long term achilles tendon problem. When I first attended the clinic Robbie said that I might even need surgery. However, with the correct treatment, exercises and gym work I am now nearly 100%. It took nearly a year to rehabilitate but with the treatment and a lot of hard work in the gym, I was eventually able to run the Dublin City Marathon last October. What a great experience. Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. I most definitely will go back with a separate issue.
