Total Physio

I was in a lot of pain with neck and shoulder muscle spasms. A combination of physio, dry needle and exercise I was given to do at home, sorted out my problem. I will definitely be recommending Total Physio and the young lady Melanie, to my friends.

After my knee locking coming downstairs I had pain and limping a dread of steps. Matthew explained the muscles that needed to be built up and tailored a programme for me. After 3 appointments I am now back walking with confidence and taking the stairs. Very professional and delighted with the results.

For two years I had severe pain in my groin. I had X-rays, an MRI and was told it was wear and tear. Pain management was the only solution until a friend recommended Total Physio.

I rang for an appointment & got one the following day, much to my relief.
I had a lower back pain as a result of a joint pull around the lower spine area. This caused muscle/ tissue pain.
On my visit to the clinic after a consultation I received massage treatment to this area to help the joint & muscles.
I was also given excercises to strengthen this area.

I received great help with just one visit.
I found the therapist very welcoming & professionl.
She explained my back problem very well to me.
Using the exercises I was given over the following two weeks I am greatly improved .
