I went to Karl's recently with massive pain in my lower back. Karl was brilliant, very informative and gentle and at the same time, his physio treatment gave me great relief. I am very satisfied with Karl's professional knowledge and a great experience.

Treatment for heel pain.

I was very happy with my treatment. The problem was identified, explained and treated. Follow up exercises were explained fully. Karl took plenty of time and care with me.

Inflamed disk in L5 vertebrae..severe back pain on sitting or driving particularly. Pain lasted 4 -5 weeks. Very debilitating. Treatment with heat or cold freeze spray failed...anti-inflammatory difene prescribed by my gp just made me sick. Ibuprofen gave me better relief to be honest.

Great !Karl was professional and obliging and his treatment worked for me in only 2 sessions. Karl prescribed exercises and loosened the muscles in my back which had gone in to spasm due to inflammation. He used ultrasound to stimulate blood flow to the disk area .This helped to speed up my body's natural inflammatory response and as a result the inflammation decreased.
