Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme.

I have gone to Freda many times over the years for a variety of injuries and found her to be a fantastic physiotherapist, highly experienced, totally professional and empathetic. Highly recommend.

Freda diagnosed and treated with ultrasound, tendonitis in my wrist. She sent me away with a set of daily exercises and instructions on the type of splint I needed. Now, 5 days later, it’s so much improved and I’m due back for my 2nd appt in a couple of days.

Freda is an absolute Diamond. She is so caring and sp professional at her job .. I will be recommending Freda to people I know

I also previously used Freda to treat a Knee injury and found her to be extremely thorough in her explanation and treatment of the injury. This time I have an elbow injury (similar to tennis elbow) and although Freda’s clinic was closed due to the Coronavirus, Freda suggested using face time to assist me in treating the issue and has given me exercises and other ways to treat the injury. I previously used Freda to treat my daughter's broken ankle. The treatment and recovery were so good I had no hesitation in contacting Freda again when I ruptured my own Achilles Tendon. Unfortunately, at this time Freda’s clinic was closed due to the Coronavirus so I couldn’t attend in person. Freda suggested using WhatsApp face time and as I write this review the treatment is continuing. Overall a fantastic experience from a very experienced physiotherapist. Thanks, Freda.

I found her very professional and her personality is a bonus. She has a super-easy way of explaining issues one would have, and how to go about working around pain in a safe way, whilst healing. Highly recommend.

A colleague recommended this clinic to me after I broke my shoulder. I’ve been having my physiotherapy sessions here. I’d been to them before, so the clinic was familiar. I reckon the treatment is going well.

The physio really listens to her patients and walks you through the whole process. Each appointment is about 45-50 minutes. I’m happy so far.

I have had back problems for years and suffer from tightness and stiffness. Freda uses a variety of different techniques in one session that is tailored to suit my specific needs. My symptoms have improved significantly since I started treatment. I highly recommend Freda.

I've had bad ankle pain on and off for a long time. It's not sprained but weakened with age and painful to walk long distances. I went to the Greystones Physiotherapy Clinic and am very pleased with my treatment and the result. I'm back to regular exercise and can enjoy a decent walk again thanks to the exercises Freda made me do and her encouragement as I can be a bit lazy!
