I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I landed, I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, where Ozlem and Mustafa welcomed me like family. Every single nurse was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. Dr Akad was absolutely amazing — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and checked on me throughout my stay. I felt truly listened to and completely looked after. The level of care was next-level in every sense. Ozlem’s support didn’t stop at the hospital doors. She was in constant contact before I travelled, during my stay (at any hour), and continued to check in on me once I was back home recovering. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it made all the difference to my confidence and peace of mind. Choosing Elite Med Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Without a doubt, I will 100% be returning to them for any future procedures. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Last summer, I underwent a hair transplant procedure at the clinic with Dr Jean Luc Portelli and his team, and the entire experience went exceptionally well. From the first consultation to the follow-up care, the level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail was excellent. Dr Portelli and the staff were always welcoming, patient, and happy to answer any questions, which made the whole process much more comfortable and reassuring. The team showed genuine care throughout the treatment and follow-ups, and the overall organisation of the clinic was very professional. I would highly recommend Dr Jean Luc Portelli and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant. Their expertise, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out.

I had partial knee replacement surgery on the 22nd May 2025. Was admitted to the orthopaedic ward the day prior to surgery and in total spent six nights as an inpatient. The ward was clean and modern with an ensuite in the room. The nursing and ancillary staff were wonderful The nursing staff were professional but also warm and caring. Pain management was a priority for them. Any pain issues were immediately addressed. I have nothing negative to say about my time there. Payment was easy before my discharge A prescription was issued for all medications I needed for the following week post-discharge Overall, I am very happy to have had my surgery at Vita. I would recommend this hospital for anything orthopaedic
