Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Travelled from Scotland to have bilateral knee replacement. Surgery went well no complications at all. The hospital is very clean and the staff were also very good. Only thing I did not like food to much but used the canteen. Sezen arranged everything and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Bora as he did an excellent job. Scars are healing nicely. He checked on myself twice a day and answered all of my questions. Great surgeon Great service. I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. I am a basketball player and I had an injury. After that, I had an acl surgery. It was a very difficult period for me. I was wondering if I would ever be the same. But during the treatment process, the support I received was incredible. As a result of the treatment, I returned to the field as before. My doctor and his team were awesome, they knows very well how to approach an athlete.

Had a tummy tuck with the lovely Dr Mindaugas Kazanavicius. I felt at ease straight away and have received excelled care by all the staff and nurses at the hospital. I would highly recommend it. And it’s excellent value for money, I doubt I would have got any better in the UK.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Overall a very professional hospital in Sofia Bulgaria. We wouldn't hesitate to use Vita Hospital again if needed. P and J Cartwright
