I travelled alone from the UK, to have my operation on 5 June 2024. I was scheduled to have a long-awaited breast reduction and a TT with 360 lipo. However Dr Houtan was wonderful, he decided after seeing me in person and due to the additional weight I’d lost since my consultation, that I would be better suited with a 360 TT and a breast reduction. He discussed all the options and made sure I was happy with the decision to go ahead. I had about 15lbs of skin removed and couldn’t be happier with changes. It was a big change going from 34GG to a 32C/D and it was an emotional journey as well as a physical one, but the NewMe team were wonderful and supportive and Eren was so helpful, making himself available to answer all of my questions. The aftercare was excellent, I was checked by Dr Houtan everyday until I was discharged - I had a bag of aftercare products including oral antibiotics, antibiotic spray and cream, steroid-infused silicone tape (to use at 4wk PO) and compression garments to aid recovery. On the 4th day PO I was discharged and taken to the 5* Porto Bello hotel and spa. The hotel was beautiful and in an ideal location. I had an enormous corner deluxe room on the first floor with dual aspects overlooking the pool, entrainment area, the sea and the play area. The hotel staff were attentive and used to dealing with PO patients, the food at the hotel is varied and well done, I would definitely recommend. As a mum of 3, when I got home, I overdid it and some of the stitches along my old C-section line opened up. Eren and Irmak were brilliant once again, my photos were referred them back to Dr Houtan, and together they reassured me that no permanent damage had been done and advised accordingly. It’s been great having the team to consult with, that peace of mind has been invaluable. I am now 6 weeks PO and my healing is coming along lovely. The stitching is so neat, Dr Houtan does excellent scar work, the incisions on my breast are almost invisible already. I still have some swelling under my armpits but Dr Houtan and the team assured me that it’s normal and it will eventually all settle down, with time. Everything bar the flights were catered for, by the NewMe team. I flew with Tui and had assisted travel on the way home (I would recommend doing this too) I have already recommended some of my friends to the team and look forward to seeing their journey with NewMe.

I recently visited Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir with my daughter in October for a blood transfusion, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Omer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, he guided me through every step—assisting with paperwork, coordinating with the doctor, and checking in on me throughout my blood transfusion. Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. Thank you so much Omer from the bottom of my heart, God bless you and the lovely medical staffs at Avicenna Ataşehir Hastanesi, for your empathy and dedication! Because of you, I’ll have no hesitation returning to Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir for my next blood transfusion.

I was well received at the hospital and once the preliminary examinations were done, I was operated on the same day. I got a gastric sleeve. Everything went well and I was allowed to get up that same day. I had no pain, the nurses and my doctor, Dr. Kutbettin were always approachable. I can recommend the clinic and Dr. Highly recommend Kutbettin. I would do this route again and again.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Travelled from Scotland to have bilateral knee replacement. Surgery went well no complications at all. The hospital is very clean and the staff were also very good. Only thing I did not like food to much but used the canteen. Sezen arranged everything and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Bora as he did an excellent job. Scars are healing nicely. He checked on myself twice a day and answered all of my questions. Great surgeon Great service. I do not normally write reviews but on this occasion I thought it was appropriate. Operation done on the 20/08/2023. Thanks again.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. Given the long UK National Health Service waiting times for treatment, and the high price of private treatment as an alternative, Carolina Medical Center offered immediate attention at a very competitive price. I was very happy with their excellent service. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Overall a very professional hospital in Sofia Bulgaria. We wouldn't hesitate to use Vita Hospital again if needed. P and J Cartwright
