Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
