I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

I went here for cosmetic surgery with Dr Sabahattin Kandall and everything was amazing from before I arrived to how I am healing now. Susan who organised everything for me was available all the time on wats app to answer all my questions. The hospital is spotless clean and very modern and staff and nurses can not do enough for you. The surgeon is a genius and I felt 100 % safe in his care. He goes above and beyond for you with full explanation of everything step by step. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone or the dr. I would not go anywhere else.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.
