I recently visited Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir with my daughter in October for a blood transfusion, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Omer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, he guided me through every step—assisting with paperwork, coordinating with the doctor, and checking in on me throughout my blood transfusion. Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. Thank you so much Omer from the bottom of my heart, God bless you and the lovely medical staffs at Avicenna Ataşehir Hastanesi, for your empathy and dedication! Because of you, I’ll have no hesitation returning to Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir for my next blood transfusion.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

To date my experience with Orthopaedic Gelenk-Klinik has been very good. I am living in Serbia where I have been unable to get trustworthy treatment options for my hallux valgus. I then reached out to the Gelenk-Klinik asking if it could provide me with a medical opinion online. Very quickly, I got a positive response from Eri Sugiyama with whom I exchanged a few emails, never waiting for more than an overnight for a response. She asked for x-rays which I forwarded along with other information. The next working day, Eri Sugiyama shared with me Dr. Schneider's opinion. I am extremely grateful for the time Gelenk-Klinik has taken to consider my case and provide me a medical opinion -which it did free of charge, this meant a lot to me as I do not have medical coverage other than for the Serbian public healthcare system -but more significantly this is not only a graceful gesture, it also gives the impression that the staff may actually care about helping a person in need, rather than take every opportunity to grasp money from a patient. It has been an uplifting experience. I hope to communicate further with the Gelenk-Klinik. I remain grateful for the assistance I have been recently provided.
