I recently visited Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir with my daughter in October for a blood transfusion, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Omer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, he guided me through every step—assisting with paperwork, coordinating with the doctor, and checking in on me throughout my blood transfusion. Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. I visited Antalya in early May of 2025, while experiencing acute sciatica pain going down my left leg. I got in touch with MSM Klinik and had the exam scheduled promptly after talking over the phone with the staff. I had the X-rays and MRI done very promptly at Yasam Hastanesi Life Hospital. MSM Klinik staff, Mr. Mursel, took me to the hospital and was with me there while I was getting the x-rays and MRI done. Then he drove me back to the MSM Klinik where we reviewed the results with the Doctor. The Doctor appeared very knowledgeable and offered an effective treatment plan. However, it was beyond my budget. I continued to manage my back pain with NSAID. I'm giving 5 starts for the service and promptness, but not for any medical procedure as no medical procedure was done. The Doctor, his assistant Mr. Murcel, and the office staff were very kind, professional and attentive to my issue, which deserves a 5 star review. The MRI, x-rays and the consultation were reasonably priced.

I had a bilateral hip resurfacing surgery with the doctor Jacek Laskowski on 28th July in Carolina hospital. As I was considered young for this surgery (42 years old) and had an athlete history before, the doctor decided to made both hips on the same day. That was the best experience I had comparing to hospitals in UK and Italy about not just the surgery but also very clean and modern hospital, very friendly staff (some nurseries don’t speak English but they try their best to comfort you), a lovely medical tourist manager always checking if everything was ok with me (Ms Danuta Milanowska). A big Thank You for Doctor Jacek Laskowski and Carolina hospital. About my recovery after 2 weeks I started to swim and bike exercise. My 4th week I left the crutches. Only the first week not was easy.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. Forever thankful. 100 % recommend.
