I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. We came from the US for a knee replacement. Prior to the surgery at Allmedica, I had undergone 18 orthopaedic surgeries on various joints in the US. Hands down, this was the best and most personal care I have ever received. Everyone from the coordinator to the nurse, surgeon and therapist were excellent. For those of you worries about a language barrier, that was NOT an issue. Should I ever need another orthopaedic procedure, I will be returning to Nowy Targ to visit Allmedica.

Had hip replacement in 2018 with wonderful success. A genuine caring and professional doctor with a warm personality.

All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

I decided to go private to have my hip replaced as I was told it would be 1-2years on the NHS and I was in a lot of pain. I did a search on What Clinic and chose 3 options to get a quote one of which was Mr Lewis at Goring Hall. Most clinics quoted roughly the same price. I looked into Mr. Lewis’s history and his website and was impressed with his innovative approach also Goring Hall was quite close. I had an initial appointment with Mr. Lewis and came away with a very positive and upbeat feeling. I am 1 week in from having had my op and my hip is feeling good and I am walking around the house without any aids ( tomorrow I will try a walk outside). His personalised drug program has worked really well, have also had 3 follow-up phone calls to see how I am doing. I am 75 and am impressed with the progress.
