My transaction process went great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Had an excellent experience with Dr Bora. I travelled from the UK to Izmir and everything was seamless from beginning to end. Sezen, who arranged the whole process, was a pleasure too. The surgery I had was web toe surgery and I carefully researched the procedure prior to committing with Dr Bora, and I'm pleased that I made the right choice in deciding to move forward with him. The hotel, the hospital, and their staff were all superb too. I would like to once again say thanks to Dr Bora and Sezen for performing a successful surgery and I highly recommend their service to anyone.

I always felt cared for and secure during my appointments. He takes time to listen to his patients thoroughly, examines everything in detail, spends time to talk through anything his patients ask. I have ongoing physio treatments with his team at CARIA Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation Clinic. Ms. Eymir and Mr. Kubilay has also proven to be amazing! Not only are they professional, but also very pleasant, informative and considerate. Had my balloon 5th November! Met Mr Tzvetkov a few weeks to discuss what my options were. I was very nervous on the day of the balloon but everyone was amazing. The procedure was nice and calm. I was very well looked after by the doctor and his staff. Aftercare brilliant too. Hospital nice and clean, staff lovely and friendly and the price was excellent! Best decision I made!
