I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Joseph as a patient representative, and I am grateful for the exceptional care he provided to me during my visit to the hospital.

Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

Usually I don't do any comments, but I need to tell you about Dr.Irem , before I go to the clinic, I was nervous, but everything turned out to be much way better than I expected. I was feeling uncomfortable in my daily life even, we had the consultation with Dr.İrem Yengel and she explained clearly the procedure but the most important she heard my own problems what I'm looking for. Now it's two months or more since I had the procedure, I wanted to wait till the full recovery to share my experience and now I can say that I actually got the result I need, and I trut is the bet for me medically too. Thanks to Dr.Irem and her team especially the nurse Bahar .

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.

The Clinic was very professional and efficient and I got the treatment I wanted in Riga. Violeta was very helpful and responsive with communications.

I had a tubal ligation reversal and Plasma ovarian therapy done by Prof. Dr Aysel Uysal a few days ago. I travelled from the UK, and she found me a female taxi driver prior to leaving the UK, who was very reliable also. I arrived at the hospital, Dr Usyal arranged it late in the evening, it was very clean, and the staff were excellent. Dr Usyal arrived around 8 am, explained the procedure to me in brilliant English and took me for a scan prior to the surgery. I was taken to the operating room, which was clean and professional, and she had about 4 attendants who were excellent at their job. I woke up in my room and not long after, the Dr came to see me and explained how the surgery went. She did an amazing Job and the surgery was successful. Dr Aysul visited me again the following day at the hospital and prescribed me some medications before she discharged me. Even after discharge, she still kept in contact with me while I was recovering in my hotel. I highly recommend her as she is a brilliant Dr, and an amazing surgeon and treats patients with so much kindness and dignity. I would definitely use her again if needed and have already recommended her to others I know. Thank you very much, Dr Aysel Uysal. I will forever be grateful for your expertise.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated.
