After five long years of battling infertility, our dream of becoming parents is finally coming true, thanks to Pelagros IVF clinic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first consultation, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Karpouzis was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, putting our minds at ease. We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful midwife, Sofia, whose ongoing support and care has been invaluable. One of the things that impressed us most was the short waiting list, allowing us to begin our journey sooner than we anticipated. The entire protocol was clearly explained and easily understandable, making a stressful process feel much more manageable. We are now 7 weeks pregnant and we are eternally grateful to Pelagros IVF clinic and the team for helping us achieve our miracle.

My friend and I came here for the hymenoplasty procedure and left very happy. The surgery was very easy—it took about 30 minutes—and we walked out of the clinic afterwards. We feel a slight soreness, but it doesn't affect our daily lives. We are very satisfied.

Very amazing experience with the coolest and most knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. Our journey started in Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦. After careful consideration, my husband decided that It was not very smart to be on the waiting list at the local IVF clinic until god knows when. Crown IVF clinic was the best choice for our treatment. We saved a lot and had fun visiting another country. Now our baby girl is 3 months old. God bless Dr. Hit and his team. ❣️💌💟

From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. 2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

I have received the best service and care. I had severe endo and fibroid pain, suffering each month. I found Dr Aysel through an IVF clinic in the UK. Best decision I have ever made; I am now pain-free and don’t have to fear my period arriving each month. Dr explained the exact issue I had, which the doctors in the UK couldn’t even tell me through scans. I highly recommend Dr Aysel if you are suffering. NHS waiting list was too long, and I had already been waiting 3 years, which also affected my fertility. Thank you so much for your help and for making my life pain free.
