Usually I don't do any comments, but I need to tell you about Dr.Irem , before I go to the clinic, I was nervous, but everything turned out to be much way better than I expected. I was feeling uncomfortable in my daily life even, we had the consultation with Dr.İrem Yengel and she explained clearly the procedure but the most important she heard my own problems what I'm looking for. Now it's two months or more since I had the procedure, I wanted to wait till the full recovery to share my experience and now I can say that I actually got the result I need, and I trut is the bet for me medically too. 2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Finding Dr Selim was one of the best moments in my IVF journey, the level of care and treatment received has been and continues to be outstanding. The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. I do have to say another thank you to all the staff who are very nice people and in particular Sandra who stayed by my side and held my hand throughout my procedures. You will all hold a place in my heart. 💖
Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.
