I recently visited Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir with my daughter in October for a blood transfusion, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Omer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, he guided me through every step—assisting with paperwork, coordinating with the doctor, and checking in on me throughout my blood transfusion. Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. Thank you so much Omer from the bottom of my heart, God bless you and the lovely medical staffs at Avicenna Ataşehir Hastanesi, for your empathy and dedication! Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

Dr Ioannis Douliotis has been fantastic. I had ovarian rejuvenation with him following failed egg collections in the UK. He arranged a phone consultation the day after I sent my enquiry and I was flying out to Greece 2 weeks later for the procedure. Communication has been excellent and the whole process was so smooth and efficient. I have more confidence in Dr Douliotis being able to retrieve eggs than I do in a UK clinic, so will be coming back for further treatment.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand and continued to keep me informed throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results just a few hours after the procedure. To add to the excellent service, the gynecologist even phoned me personally to explain the results in simple, easy-to-understand terms. It's rare to find such attentive care. Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

Wonderful doctor! Took the flight from Sweden because I didn't get that operation from them, but that doctor did it so nicely. Cares about you as a patient. Make sure you get all the right information and do a thorough examination before and after surgery. I had an isthmocele which he operated with laparoscopy and healing has gone beyond expectations. Had wanted to do a tubal reversal but my tubas were too short so the doctor checked but left them alone. Serious and very easy to talk to. You could ask about everything, Excellent English!
