Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. Our journey with Pelargos, Dr Karpouzis & his team has been an absolute dream. It started totally by luck as we were picked as winners for treatment with Pelargos, back at the end of 2022. Something I still can’t believe I won. From those initial phone calls with Dr Karpouzis, to where we are now is just amazing. Usually I don't do any comments, but I need to tell you about Dr.Irem , before I go to the clinic, I was nervous, but everything turned out to be much way better than I expected. I was feeling uncomfortable in my daily life even, we had the consultation with Dr.İrem Yengel and she explained clearly the procedure but the most important she heard my own problems what I'm looking for. Now it's two months or more since I had the procedure, I wanted to wait till the full recovery to share my experience and now I can say that I actually got the result I need, and I trut is the bet for me medically too. We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. I had breast implants, lipo (upper and lower abdomen, love handles) and labiaplasty done at Coramed clinic in Wroclaw last week on 7/18/25 and am very happy with the quality of care I received, accommodations, and most importantly the results so far. I highly recommend Coramed. Everyone from Rafał, Dagmara, Anna and Dr. Andrzej Meyer were wonderful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I stayed for 5 days and had a private room. The only suggestion I would have if you are considering having surgery here is to COME WITH CASH. Coramed uses Wise, a secure payment app that I was unfamiliar with and therefore had some issues, being that I have a US based bank (Chase). If it was not Chase then Wise would give me problems and I do wish I would have known this so I could have just withdrawn the funds before my departure and converted it to PLN or € at the airport. Assuming they would have me, I would definitely return to Coramed for any future cosmetic surgery. Thanks team 💖

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I did filler for the labia majora and I am satisfied for the result. The doctor is highly professional.

My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated.
