Thank you for the excellent care I received on my Aug 11 kidney stone episode. The doctor was excellent, reflecting on how caring he was and professional I wished I could have him as my doctor in Canada. All the staff I encountered were caring and professional. I know I was out of it for the most part and once the pain was gone I was exhausted. Having to go to a hospital in a different country, in a different language is frightening, no so at your hospital, thank you for looking after me I received excellent care. Please pass my message to the doctor! Thank you

Had endoscopy. Staff were excellent throughout the whole process, explaining every step. My only criticism is I was given incorrect information about the cost of the procedure. I was told it was 190€ but was charged 245€. I was told later the difference was the cost if the anaesthetic.

Very efficient treatment, professional appearance, and explanations. Very satisfied with the progress and result, so far. Will be back for my treatment of the other knee, after the surgery. Thank you to the team.
