I recently visited Avicenna Hastanesi Ataşehir with my daughter in October for a blood transfusion, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Omer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, he guided me through every step—assisting with paperwork, coordinating with the doctor, and checking in on me throughout my blood transfusion. Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

After five long years of battling infertility, our dream of becoming parents is finally coming true, thanks to Pelagros IVF clinic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From our very first consultation, we felt supported and understood. Dr. Karpouzis was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the IVF process, putting our minds at ease. We also want to give a special shout out to our wonderful midwife, Sofia, whose ongoing support and care has been invaluable. One of the things that impressed us most was the short waiting list, allowing us to begin our journey sooner than we anticipated. The entire protocol was clearly explained and easily understandable, making a stressful process feel much more manageable. We are now 7 weeks pregnant and we are eternally grateful to Pelagros IVF clinic and the team for helping us achieve our miracle.

After a few bad experiences with IVF clinics we heard about a clinic in Greece by common friends. There we met Dr. Duolotis, who from the first meeting, showed us a level of care and professionalism that we have not found elsewhere. He's been very proactive in suggesting tailored solutions to our specific issue, and we managed to get 4 embryos out of the process and now we're expecting twins. If you are used to the coldness of clinics in the UK that too often make you feel like a number, then you'll find a completely different story with Dr duolotis, who really cares deeply about his patients, and goes the extra mile to get them where they want to be.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Garavelas in Greece. From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and approaches each case with both professionalism and genuine empathy. His team is also outstanding — warm, organised, and always ready to help. Throughout the process, I felt supported and confident that I was in the best hands. I had a good experience with Dr. Bobotis at this clinic. He was able to start our appointment on time and was very friendly from our first contact. He also clearly explained my entire procedure and proved to be a reliable professional.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I was looking for an appointment in Greece even though I live abroad. Dr. Andreas has helped me tremendously and responded to me in a timely manner. I appreciate his behaviour and I recommend his clinic for all foreign patients.

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I did filler for the labia majora and I am satisfied for the result. The doctor is highly professional.
