Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

Usually I don't do any comments, but I need to tell you about Dr.Irem , before I go to the clinic, I was nervous, but everything turned out to be much way better than I expected. After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Whereas all my reports were fine. Don't know what was the reason of the failure IVF. Staff and dr. Tekin was good.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us.
