I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr Harry and the team have been amazing to me throughout my IVF journey. I honestly didn't think I would be pregnant sitting here writing this review given the odds in my situation due to my very low amh and being told by other clinics to consider donor eggs. I can say that Dr Harry did not ever mention these options to me and made me feel at ease during the whole process, being there to answer all my questions at any time during the day was very easy to get hold of. I cannot thank him and the team enough for everything they have done for me and for understanding my situation. I will forever be grateful as my IVF worked the first time around and I am still gobsmacked. If you are in doubt about what clinic to use I would highly recommend to stop looking and using Pelargos. I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

My wife and I are traveling to Europe specifically to see Dr. Ioannis Douliotis. You can read as many reviews as you want online but let me tell you, this doctor is the one that you want to see. I've emailed him with multiple questions a day before we've even flown to Greece and he would respond almost right away. I like that he's one of the few people in this world that treats others like they would want to be treated and not just a number. Thank you for this.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I’m overwhelmed by the amazing service I received, from the first point of contact. I was nervous about going to my first consultation, but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Masood, I really can’t praise him enough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks. I walked out of my consultation so relieved happy and confident that I had found the best clinic. I then had my surgery 9 days later. Everything was so professional, caring and gentle, I felt so looked after. I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Masood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable. He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The aftercare I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender, so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. Since then my recovery has been great! So, thank you again for your exceptional service!

I got in touch with Alisher over whatsapp and he provided me with enough information for me to confidently commit to the procedure. I arrived in Istanbul and was provided with transport to and from the hotel and hospital. The procedure was performed as well as I could have hoped. Alisher and Dr. Uysal answered all my questions and were very transparent about the whole process. Everyone who I interacted with was professional and polite.

Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
