I got in contact with Mr Bora international coordinator of Transes Hair Transplant that was back in June 2019. Then there was Covid and finally, in October 2022 I flew to Istanbul. From airport pick up to hotel the hair transplant all went smoothly and was very professional. The time of writing is 7 months later and I am ever so pleased with the result. I am still in contact with the coordinator, to see the progress. In my personal opinion would I choose Transes Hair Transplant again. I would, and I gladly give them 5☆☆☆☆☆

What a journey it has been! Obesity patients will understand me quite well, the process we are going through is really not easy. I met Mrs Petek from Medivia in a period when my weight and my psychology were in a horrible condition. My journey started by first getting to know Medivia general surgery doctor Mrs Petek, who understood the psychological condition I was in and she walked me through patiently step by step all the processes that are waiting for me. I was welcomed at Istanbul airport and the rest was easy. I had a very successful Gastric Sleeve operation and can say I was very satisfied with the doctor and postoperative nurse care process as well as my nutrition and diet specialist. I wholeheartedly endorse this hospital and its services. I felt a sense of support and belonging from everyone on staff, which made me feel less apprehensive. I may appreciate Buket and Beste's help and effort and of course, special thanks to my surgent Duran Cekic for his amazing piece of artwork. The only suggestion I have for the entire team is that they should improve their communication after discharge because it wasn't very good. No one checked in on me after I was released unless I messaged and asked any questions, but Beste deserves special praise for locating the information and responding to my messages.

I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite travelling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning. Eager to witness my results once the swelling subsides, I am deeply grateful to the Surgery TR team for their excellent care.

My experience with Dr. Ihsan Türkmen was wonderful, I love how he provided me with aesthetically pleasing results for my breast augmentation. He took into consideration every single detail I requested and offered some amazing advice. I wanted big but natural, and he did just that! He is also very kind. Also his assistant Melissa is one of the warmest, sweetest people I have ever met. She is extremely understanding, patient, and accommodating and sincerely wants the best for you. She was very honest when I confide in her and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After searching the internet my friend found this clinic. The reviews were amazing but I was still nervous. Yagiz kept the correspondence reassuring. I have had 4 implants and 12 crowns so far. The clinic has state of the art equipment with a talented dentist and surgeon. Yagiz speaks very good English and has interpreted all the way. The transfers were punctual and Yagis is the perfect host. I am extremely happy and feel that my teeth are amazing so far. I need to return in January because I needed a bone graft and this takes time to heal.

I had the procedure carried out on the 10th June 2024, while on holiday from the UK. The whole process was so professional and seamless. From the moment I was collected from my hotel, I felt totally at ease, the transportation had Wi-Fi, on arrival at the hospital I was introduced to Pelin and the team by Songul who had been in contact with to arrange the procedure. I had my own private hospital room, and was prepared and taken to the clinic. I did not feel any pain and felt totally at ease throughout the day. A few days after the procedure I had the first wash, again collected from my hotel and felt totally at ease, once again I was greeted by Songul and a member of the team. I would highly recommend using Pelin and the team, I am so happy I chose this clinic following research on the internet, one of the main reasons I choose Perlin was due to the fact she started training as anaesthetists, and I have to say that I felt no pain whatsoever. I had approximately 4300 graphs and the whole process took approximately 7 hours with a lunch break in the middle.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.
