I am now approximately 7 months post hair transplant and cannot recommend the clinic enough. The process from the beginning until now has been seamless and very professional. Even 7 months post op the staff are very helpful and are in regular contact with me to ensure correct healing and hair growth is taking place. The booking process was very simple, and post-operation check-ups have been offered free of charge in their London clinic, which is closer to us than the Istanbul clinic where the procedure took place. I had a very amazing experience with vanity. I was looking after many clinics and vanity was the one that caught my attention the most. I was contacted by the lovely Gaye, she was very helpful and explained the entire process clearly. I had a daughter that I couldn’t leave behind for the surgery. When I explained my problem to Gaye she immediately agreed to look after her which was a big relief. I was later contacted by Azra for the flight details and general health questions. She helped me throughout the process until I arrived at the hotel. The hotel has all the necessities post-surgery (ice, bandage..) and the staff is very kind and young. After I arrived at the hotel, I was taken care of by Umut, my amazing coordinator through the whole surgery post-surgery time. He was very kind and ready to answer all your questions. My surgery was done by Dr Algan and he is very good at his work. Very professional and kind. Even at the checkup he was gentle and explained everything I needed to know post-surgery. I would highly recommend Vanity. Do not hesitate to very reliable clinic.

I managed to get an appointment immediately with Doctor Sevil who managed to fit me in to her busy calendar. She was extremely thorough in her examination and advised me accordingly.

When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.
