I have recently been to see Dr Brad about my ageing eye area. Dr Brad recommended various different options I could have done to improve the area. Dr Brads knowledge is exceptional. In the end I decided on the polynucleotide treatment. I was numbed under my eyes and I hardly felt a thing. I am very pleased with the results. From the first consultation and conversation with Karl, I felt at ease with Now Hair. I had spoken to quite a few other clinics but Karl really put me at ease and was very knowledgeable, and he didn’t pressure me at all. The day of surgery was a good experience, too. The team were very professional and patient with me, particularly given that I have a bad back, which meant I had to keep stopping for short breaks. The most outstanding part of the whole experience was the after-care with the nurse. Kerry is a lovely lady and exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. It made all the difference to me having someone in touch daily after surgery to reassure me that I was doing everything right. Five stars from me.
