I had a beard transplant done at Vanity, and everything went really well and according to plan. Whenever I had any concern or question, I received a quick response. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. The hospital was high-quality, and I felt safe throughout the entire process. I’m a trans man. I’m very satisfied with Vanity. It has now been four days since the operation.

The whole onboarding process, (where I had tons of questions), was handled very accurate and carefully and made me feel safe. Songül was incredibly helpful in explaining the procedure, answering all questions and setting realistic expectations. The transfers in Antalya to and from the clinic were in time and went exactly as we have agreed. The operation itself went smoothly, very professional and exactly as planed. Ms Gültekin and her team made a fantastic job! Im in the recovery process now since a month, and well-supported by the staff. My hair (the old and the new) is growing now slowly, and I can say I'm very happy, with the result, as well as with my decision for PG clinics. I would always go again there! The staff are friendly and the doctor even sent me home since my transplant was finished late. I had 3300 grafts. It didn't cover most of the areas I wanted to be covered s they focused on my hairline but I hope with the medication, my existing hair will grow thicker.

I would like to start by saying that the staff is professional, really helpful, and friendly. The girls at the reception are especially amazing, even the nurse who has taken care of me on these appointments! So far, I’ve had my laser appointments, and the results are incredible. I contacted seven transplant clinics with excellent reviews. Most of the clinics responded coldly: send more pictures, reserve 3 months in advance, or just no answer. BHS has a young woman named Rata who answers all your questions instantly even if you email her at 10:00 pm. I had two transplants many years ago so had many questions. I was so impressed with Rata that I offered her a job in my company. BHS is not your typical flash clinic with big advertising and professional YouTube videos. They are a gem in the rough. You are greeted like a long-lost relative then ushered into the surgical suite where they process you like a new Mercedes going through the assembly line. Every tech or doctor knows their assignment and performs it with pride and precision. While you are getting the injections, two women are massaging you. After a few hours, a lunch of delicious Thai food is waiting. The next day, they came to my hotel to clean and bandage the back of my head. I can't comment on my hair as it's only been two days ago, but it looks good. All in all, a wonderful experience performed by a top-notch staff.
