Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

I did my hair transplant with Transes on Dec. 2022 I'm satisfied with the results so far. The process was with care and quality, Max was the translator between me and his team. The communication is just great (before arriving / during the stay / after come back home) - quick, with care, with follow-up every few months. Very recommended!

I had a rhinoplasty done by DR. Turkmen together with my sister. And I had THE BEST experience ever. Before, during and after we had contact with Melisa. She guided us through everything from the many questions about the surgery, the hotel to be arranged, the transfers, to even answering our last minute calls because we needed someone to translate and arrange- she was always there to support. We had the best and positive contact with everyone involved, from Dr. Turkmen and Melisa to the caretakers in the hospital and the drivers of the transfers. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. We also got all the necessities for the aftercare (spray, medication,..) which is super handy that you don't have to arrange that yourself. And most importantly, the result of the nose. Simply BEAUTIFUL. I got a nose that fits my face perfectly, he improved my breathing and I see that he has listened to what my wishes are and what I did not want. I am 2 week post-operation and I am absolutely n love wth my nose already t s truly life-changing! Dr.Umut has been amazng! I was not sure whch doctor to choose as I felt lke every doctor was just agreeing that they can make the changes, but Dr.Umut named every part of my nose and point by point explained what changes can be made to sut my face. I’ve just returned from having my beard transplant done with this hair clinic and there service and aftercare are just amazing, From the day I arrived to the day I left, I was greeted with a VIP transfer to my hotel when I arrived and also taken back to the airport for my return flight the hotel stay was lovely and the team at the clinic made me feel at ease as I was so nervous. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

I had the procedure carried out on the 10th June 2024, while on holiday from the UK. The whole process was so professional and seamless. From the moment I was collected from my hotel, I felt totally at ease, the transportation had Wi-Fi, on arrival at the hospital I was introduced to Pelin and the team by Songul who had been in contact with to arrange the procedure. I had my own private hospital room and was prepared and taken to the clinic. I did not feel any pain and felt totally at ease throughout the day. A few days after the procedure I had the first wash, again collected from my hotel and felt totally at ease, once again I was greeted by Songul and a member of the team. I would highly recommend using Pelin and the team, I am so happy I chose this clinic following research on the internet, one of the main reasons I chose Perlin was due to the fact she started training as an anaesthetist, and I have to say that I felt no pain whatsoever. I had approximately 4300 graphs and the whole process took approximately 7 hours with a lunch break in the middle.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process.
