Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

Nothing but good words for this clinic. I arrived from Australia and had my hair replaced with 4500 grafts. Everything from the get-go was very easy. I was worried that the process would be difficult but actually, it wasn't. I was given instructions from start to finish by the very friendly staff at Transes. 6 months on and my confidence has really come out, I don't wear a hat anymore to cover up by baldness and the hair is growing very well. I highly recommend Transes based on their experience, price point and professionalism.

Hi Cinik Team, I’ve had a pleasant experience. I had my second op on Sept.15 2023 after 4 years of my first op on Nov. 1 2019. I went a second time to increase the density on the front of my head (behind the hairline). I was supposed to have a non-shave hair transplant but when I got there and met with the team, they advised me to shave my head which was shocking for me because I never shaved my head before! However, the team was professional and kind and trusted that I would get better results if I shaved all of my head. The team was kind. I was nervous more so than my first op because of the pain during the local anaesthesia. I now about 4 months since my operation and the results are looking good no one can tell that I had a hair transplant (since I always kept this private and no one knew I got a transplant since my first op cuz I always had long hair) I like my new look (buzz cut) :D I can't wait for full growth and my hair to get thicker and thicker! This was my 1st time getting a hair transplant. I did a lot of research on many clinics in Istanbul, and from all of them, Tetik stood out as the best. I spoke with Tugce on the phone, and she made all the preparations; she was awesome. They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious van and drove me to my hotel. The next day, after a great Turkish breakfast, they picked me up and drove me straight to the clinic where Tugce greeted me and my wife. After sitting down and explaining everything again that we discussed on the phone, she took me to the medical room where everything looked professional and introduced me to the medical staff. They were all very nice and professional, from the assistants to the doctor. Surgery went great; I had 4000 grafts put in. After surgery, they drove me back to the hotel. The next day, they picked me up and drove me to the airport. I'm so glad I chose Tetik. Now waiting for results! 😊

Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. My surgeon Mustafa was very caring while going through surgery kept asking if I'm ok, needed anything which like again I'm very happy. I just can't wait to share the end result of my hair transplant. I have had a breast lift and implants and Vanity couldn’t have been a better choice. Everyone at Vanity is so welcoming and make sure all your questions are answered and help you feel at ease. We were collected from the airport to all our appointments and back home. The staff help you get on the mend after your surgery which helps the process.

My medical journey with milano was completely incredible! and I don't regret it indeed a sec. I completely adore my new nose, it is everything I've ever needed. I can not imagine how beautiful it is reaching to look inside a year when all the swelling goes down. In the event that you're considering doing any kind of plastic surgery, I highly suggest milano. It is extraordinary esteem for the cost, I do not believe you could have a better experience if you spent 5 times the amount. Thank you all!

I would highly recommend this clinic, for a few reasons. For me, it was essential that I didn't need a full head shave for the transplant and both the donor and transplant areas are possible to cover with other hair without a sign that I am after a hair transplant. Surgery was performed by professionals who have decades of experience in hair transplants. Flexibility on date, central location, and parking nearby was a bonus. Most importantly manager Asil's advice and guidance, before and after surgery, communication skills answering all questions exceeded any expectations. So my review is 10 out of ten.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.

Me and my friend had our hair transplantation end of December 22. Everything was and is still perfect. We just organised the flights, everything else (transport, 5 stars hotel and personal support) was organized by the team. Everybody in the team was very friendly. The doctor was every minute with us, checking and controlling the whole process. Now I am in the sixth month and I am very happy with the result and it is still ongoing to be better. As well the contact afterwards with the doctor via WhatsApp. The doctor and team are asking about the health, pictures, giving tips regarding washing and which shampoos to use. So full service and everything perfect. Thank you very much for everything.
