On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. Short review: fantastic service and results, would recommend to anyone! Full Review: I was originally sceptical and nervous about going to a small business for such an expensive procedure. I seriously considered going abroad or London but decided to investigate the free consultation from Dr Khalil. After that, I never looked elsewhere. He explained the whole procedure in detail and explained the methodology with the price quoted (amount of hairs required to be moved, length of procedure, cost of technicians, etc). After I first booked in, a couple of weeks later I realised I needed to move the appointment. I called expecting some fee for rearranging the appointment, but he was very accommodating and moved the appointment with no charge for me. (I don’t know if this is always his procedure, but twice I had to change dates and both times this was the case!) I had planned not to leave a review until after a year (when the full results will visible) but I am so happy with the results, and all the nice compliments from friends, that I decided to do so now. It has been 4 and a half months since my operation, and I am over the moon with the results! See photos attached below of before and today. The aftercare has also been excellent, Dr Khalil called me the next day and during the week after to check on my health. I have then taken the optional monthly injections to help growth. Also, I an acquaintance who has been to Turkey for a very similar procedure and the price I paid at Tajmeel Clinic was cheaper by a couple thousand pounds. I could not be happier and could not recommend Tajmeel Clinic any more strongly.

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.
