My co-ordinator gave me all the information prior to my surgery and went above and beyond the whole time. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it all team was very friendly and professional. Quote was 3500 grafts, but they did 4800, without extra charge, and I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.
