I had a hair transplant operation 15 days ago. First of all, patient consultants were assigned to me. I was informed via WhatsApp by two very lovely patient consultants named Elvan and Aylin.🎀 They answered everything I was wondering about the operation professionally☀️ I went to Istanbul, Aylin and Elvan hosted me at the clinic 🌺 I had a preliminary examination by a technician there, he gave me information about my hair follicles and donor area and learned what I wanted, they explained the operation process to me in detail.👏🏻 Then they scheduled the operation on the most suitable day for me. A few days before the operation, I came to the clinic and gave blood for a blood test, everything was going great. Aylin and Elvan were always there for me and they reduced my stress and made me feel at ease 🏻 On the day of the operation, very friendly staff welcomed me, my photographs were taken, I was examined by the doctor and I went to the 402nd operation room. 👍🏻 I chatted with all my teammates there first and all my stress went away 😁 They calmed me down very well and explained everything🤝🏻 Then I got anesthesia and the operation started They continued to chat with me and informed me throughout the process, then I fell asleep😅 I slept for about 3 hours, it didn't hurt at all😇 I woke up, ate and we continued🍲 I am very happy to have met all of them🍭🍦 Immediately after the operation, then they gave me postop training, gave me my medications and I went home and slept comfortably at night. 😴 I went to the clinic again the next day, the first hair wash was done with my patient consultants and training was given again👨🏻‍🏫 everyone was very nice and professional, especially thank you very much to Aylin and Elvan and then everyone...

The staff is very professional and understanding. They're very kind and accommodating. Very easy and convenient transport from airport to hotel to clinic. Extremely helpful contacts on WhatsApp, both pre- and post-operation. Their full package is both very affordable and also very luxurious. Very appropriate pick of hotel and drivers. Multilingual staff who speak both Turkish, English, Arabic and French. All in all, highly recommend it!

I had treatment with PG clinics, From the time I had enquired about my procedures the whole process had been so professional and informative and they were generally so nice was there for me when landing in Antalya, from getting picked up and going to surgery, Surgeon and the interpreter and the boss all made me feel safe because they were so attentive and anything that I needed they were on there. I can honestly say this is the best place I've been to, I've been to places in Harley Street London, but PG Clinics was by far the best. Aftercare was also brilliant with checkups, blood and generally seeing how I am and how everything going with healing, pain etc. I could not fault anything, Thank you PG Clinic and will see you in the near future. ☺️

Great team at BThairclinic. From start to finish you really well looked after and cared for. Had my FUE completed about 5weeks ago and everything seems to be looking amazing. The operation was quite straight forward and the aftercare too. The place is super clean, so are the surgeons. Top place ❤️ Make sure you follow all the instruction and get yourselves trained to sleep upright, for the rest is almost perfect.

Hi my name is Saj. I have had a 5000+ graft hair transplant within the last few days at GuGu clinic. I had major hair loss on the top of my head. I was really nervous to start with but as the doctor & staff started talking to me I felt at ease. They fully explained the process & assured me I would be looked after. The room was very hygienic & equipment was in sterile environment. The staff are super friendly too. After drawing many different hair lines we agreed on the hair line of my choice & then the transplant procedure took place with SC therapy. At the end of the procedure, I was amazed at the hairline & how much area they had covered on the top of my head & top part of the crown too. They advised me on the best positions to sleep to reduce swelling & advised me on the medication I would be taking over the week. After a few days I returned to the clinic for the 1st wash & the doctor performed it & told me exactly how to wash the hair over the next week. They gave really good advice on what after care products i should use too. I was treated really well & find it of really high value. I chose this clinic as it was recommended by a stranger who i had met in London who recently had a hair transplant at GuGu clinic. As soon as I contacted the clinic, they answered all my questions i had about hair transplants. The manager Mr Yagiz Aydin who was my point of contact is a really nice person & helpful person who facilitated my visit from airport to hotel transfers & hotel to clinic transfers, was always available 24/7 to answer any queries I had regarding the transplant, medication & general queries I had. Yagiz took care of everything, he even dropped me to the bazaar which is a half hours drive, he is a top manager and I felt relieved that he was looking after everything. My first impression of GuGu clinic was that I had felt really welcomed by the friendly & helpful staff. They showed me the room in which the transplant would take place & it was a really hygienic & sterile environment. Short visits also, and the staff and doctors gave helpful advice and guidance throughout the whole process. There was some discomfort and pain during the process, but they assured me everything was OK. All the staff were accommodating, felt safe, and professional with them.
