I had an excellent service while I was at Istanbul. The plastic surgeon who looked after me made me feel safe, like I never left home in the first place. Hosts always had a smile on their faces and the itinerary was executed excellently. I am going back in January for my teeth.

Amazing from the beginning to the end, everything is very well organised, every person in the clinic have his own role. Everything went very smooth, also the aftercare procedures is very good, you have a personal assistent who always ask you how the healing proceeds. no pain after the procedure, just a little bit of iching. Very satisfied, can't wait for my hair to start growing! I only advise to call the company contact person, not always available via whatsapp.

I had a hair transplant on December 6, 2022. Ms. Serap really gave me enough information about the whole process and helped me with everything I was worried about. Everything was as described. The operation took eight hours. 4500 grafts transplanted with Sapphire FUE. When I went to wash my hair again the next day, they taught me how to wash my hair when I got home. They contacted me during the removal of the shells and explained on the phone. Everything was so easy, not as hard as I thought. It's only been 2 months and I can't wait to see the result. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

When researching clinics to go to in Turkey for a breast reduction I came across Vanity and they had so many great reviews that I decided to get in touch with them through their instagram account. I was then contacted by my patient coordinator Zeynep who was very helpful and quick to reply with answers to any questions that I had. After sending her my photos and paying a small deposit she was able to book me in for a date and all I needed to do was book my flights. I travelled alone from Ireland so I was a bit nervous and scared as I had never had any surgery before and I was flying to another country. Zeynep was in touch with me leading up to the trip, and as soon as I landed in Turkey and turned my phone off aeroplane mode I had a message from her welcoming me which was so reassuring. The driver for Vanity was very friendly, he helped me with my bags and made me feel very comfortable. He brought me to my hotel and the hotel room was lovely, clean and spacious. The next day I was picked up and brought to my consultation with the surgeon and this is when I met my new coordinator Ayla. Ayla was such a friendly and positive girl, she speaks great English and I would always look forward to seeing her while I was there! My surgeon was Dr. Sinem Eroglu and I honestly couldn’t have been happier, she is amazing! She made me feel so at ease and confident with my decision and after meeting with her instead of feeling scared I was actually excited to have the procedure. After my consultation with Sinem I was taken to get some routine tests done which included blood tests and an ultrasound. The ultrasound actually showed that I had a cyst in one of my breasts so I had to have an extra consultation with a doctor to ensure that I was cleared to have the surgery. While this was unexpected, I was very grateful that Dr. Sinem was so thorough and that my health was their primary concern. After this consultation I was given the all clear to go ahead with the surgery and was told the tissue that they removed during the procedure would be tested to make sure there was nothing for me to worry about. On the third day I was brought to the hospital and Ayla was right there with me. She spoke with all of the hospital staff on my behalf as they spoke Turkish, and she translated for me to make sure I understood anything that they were asking and the paperwork that I needed to sign. I was brought to my own private room where I met with Dr. Sinem, got prepped for surgery and then was brought to the operating room. When I woke up from the surgery Dr. Sinem told me it was a success and Ayla was there waving at me and I felt so relieved! I was brought back to my room where I slept for a while and then one of the lovely nurses came and brought me for a little walk around the ward and I was brought something to eat. I didn’t feel any bad pain, the nurses would come in and check on me frequently. The only problem I had while at the hospital was that my phone wouldn’t connect to the wifi and I wasn’t able to contact my family in Ireland to let them know what was happening. One of the nurses did manage to sign in for me just long enough to send a few messages home, but if you are travelling alone this is something to be aware of. The following morning Dr. Sinem came to check on me and I was told I was ok to go back to the hotel which I was happy with. The hotel that I was staying in had an infirmary with a nurse on call 24/7 which was very reassuring for me, there were even two buttons in my room which I could use to alert the nurse in case of an emergency. For the next few days I just focused on resting and I didn’t feel much pain at all. The hardest thing for me personally was just sleeping on my back as I normally never would but I propped pillows beside me in the bed and this helped to stop me from turning. After a few days of resting and using room service I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Sinem, and everything went great! She explained all of the aftercare to me and wrote down what I would need to do for the next few months. I said goodbye to Ayla as I wouldn’t be seeing her again, but if I needed her she was there and I could message her at any time. When the week was over my transfer picked me up and brought me to the airport and I was on my way home. In the days after flying home I did experience some pain but I think this was due to having a carry on bag, and while it wasn’t very heavy it was a very long day of carrying it. So if you are planning to travel alone I would definitely recommend either a carry on bag with wheels or just a very light one. It’s now two weeks since I had the procedure done and I am so happy with the results! I contacted Ayla after arriving home about some new bruising I noticed and she was very quick to reply letting me know that the doctor said this was normal. I don’t have much pain, I have mainly been getting ‘zappers’ which is a good thing as it means everything is healing. This breast reduction is something that I’ve wanted for years and I couldn’t afford to do in Ireland, I only wish now that I had gone to Turkey for it sooner. I would not hesitate in recommending Vanity and Dr. Sinem to anyone, and if I consider getting any other procedures in the future I will be going back to them!

I had my ethnic rhinoplasty with Surgero. They explained to me all the processes that they will take cartilage etc. I was a bit nervous when I started my research about the surgery but after I met my coordinator Zuhal, everything became so easy. They even checked on me after 2 months. It’s not a company, it’s like you have friends over in Istanbul that known you for decades! So grateful and god bless you all beautiful people.

I had a breast lift a few months ago with Milano Klinik and I must say I enjoyed every bit of the process. After reading reviews online I saw Milano had the best reviews and decided to go with them and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The price was cool, the surgery went smooth and easy, the surgeon was fantastic and funny he is good at what he does, and the nurses were lovely. I got home safely after a few days healed nicely, breast intact and lovely and am a happy woman. In fact, I will choose Milano over again.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, I work away so they had to book me in at last minute, nothing was a problem for this clinic. A taxi driver holding my name was at the airport, he took me to my hotel where I met Asli, a very nice young lady. She told my the itinerary and was always there before I was to pick me up and drop me off where ever I needed to go. Everything was planned perfectly. I had FUE hair and beard transplant with them and then refractive lens replacement which they sourced out the best professor to do the operation. Highly recommend you use these people if you want anything done in Turkey. My friend had teeth and hair done 2 years ago and he’s also very happy. They are very good at what they do at that is FUE hair transplant and plastic surgery. If you’re needing anything else they source the best people for the operation. Whatever you want, they put it all together in a package, and because they’re local they get you the best price too.

These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.
