2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

I recently had a myomectomy performed by Prof. Dr. Aysel Uysal, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional care. From my very first consultation all the way through surgery and recovery, she was patient, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure to me and my husband, which eased my anxiety and helped us feel fully informed and confident. What truly sets Prof. Uysal apart is her compassion. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and her calm, reassuring manner made a world of difference during a stressful time. Her dedication to her patients is clear in everything she does. I would recommend Prof. Dr. Aysel Uysal a million times over. She is truly outstanding, and I feel blessed to have been in her care.

I had labiaplasty with Mr Masood one week ago. I was very anxious and frightened to get this procedure right as I have been emotionally battling with this for years. I was extremely unhappy with appearance down below which affected my life in so many aspects. Mr Masood kindly had a second consultation with me to go through my concerns...again! This in itself spoke volumes to me. I booked my surgery and honestly I was looked after so well. The nurse Ann was so kind and soothing. She eased my mind the whole way. Most of all, she understood and heard me. Mr Masood took his time and talked me through stages as he went on. Which was great. He is a quiet gentleman and I felt very safe. I am thrilled with my results already. I have followed his instructions to the mark. I emailed him some pictures just to check things were going ok. He emailed back straight away. It is so reassuring knowing he is so accessible. I'm so excited to see my end result months down the line. Thank you, Mr Masood, you saved me.

Very good Doc, warm and a very good listener as he goes thru' the entire story of the problem the patients explain. I have been going here since 2015 and he is a good Doc.

I went here today to have a series of blood tests done. I was given a very good quote while shopping around online in the UK and made an appointment to coincide with my holiday in Antalya. From the receptionist to Dr Hatice Habibi to the nurse who took my blood, I was treated with courtesy & respect & I was particularly impressed with the skill of the nurse who took my blood. I felt nothing & it was done in 3 seconds! Overall, a very positive experience.
