I have always found the practice to be very suitable for my needs. I suffer from very bad anxiety and going to the dentist is quite terrifying for me. Both my Dentist and Hygienist are both empathetic to the way I feel and allow me to have any treatment I'm been given at my own pace. I do worry about Oral cancer and both my Dentist and Hygienist do a full check for signs and then reassure me accordingly. Which puts my mind at ease. All the staff are nice, not forgetting the receptionists and therefore going to the dentist is something I do not relish. but is made easier for me by all those involved.
I am a new patient here and required some urgent dental treatment which required two root extractions. I was given all the options with no pressure to chose but each option explained thoroughly. I have always had a phobia when it comes to dentists but after my treatment and the professionalism and caring shown by the whole team I have no fear of returning for any more treatment in the future, just to have this eradicated after a lifetime was with every penny.
