Just completed a course of treatment to solve my dental problems several different issues being resolved with excellent results. Including new dentures, amalgam removal and replacement with white filling, tooth whitening, dental hygienist, and extraction of wisdom tooth which resulted in needing an emergency appointment for dry socket. The emergency response was excellent given an appointment within two hours of the telephone call and this was at the weekend. All the staff are caring and interested in patients' well-being. Very good control of infection measures and a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clinic. Not cheap but worth every penny.
Received composite fillers today. I felt embarrassed to smile due to gaps between my top front teeth. I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.

I have already given a 5-star review on Trustpilot however I have an update I wish to share, I had two Emax crowns and four Emax veneers replacing my existing, fantastic. I went to my lodgeside dentist today for a check-up and I explained the work I had done by Gus, well my dentist couldn’t stop praising the workmanship, how natural they look, the beautiful white and how reasonable the cost is, we are in total agreement. Beautiful work. Her assistant looked up Toothworks and my dentist wrote down all the details to recommend to, any enquiring clients of hers, praise indeed as my practice also deals in the cosmetic side but Gus is her recommendation and I’m not the least bit surprised.
