Professional, friendly, and makes you feel totally at ease.

I moved away from the area but happily travelled 90 mins to see her as I’ve never found a better dentist.

I just had my first check-up at Nova Dental Care, and Dr. Parsno was kind and professional. I received detailed information about the state of my teeth and was offered a clear treatment plan. My first impression was very positive.

I fully recommend this dentist. It is a really great practice. The booking system is efficient. The staff are always very welcoming. Dr Shirin is so professional but friendly. I am an anxious patient but always feel at ease. I feel lucky to have such a fabulous practice nearby and I recommend them to all my friends.

Dr Shirin Parsno and her wonderful team at Nova Dental Care are absolutely brilliant at what they do! I'm not from this area but travel 1hour 30 mins because they are the best. Many years ago I did dental work experience with Shirin and after seeing the level of care and expertise she delivers to each of her patients I had to become a patient here too. The staff manage to put me at ease, which is not easy because I'm not by nature a good patient at the dentist. I've had one tooth fixed and another removed, and my teeth are all together in much better shape than when I started coming here.

I would highly recommend Nova Dental and Dr Parsno is ethical as well as being skilled enough to do extremely difficult procedures. Her work successes are more important than the payment. Once again very happy.

I had a very complicated situation with quite a few teeth missing and others in very bad conditions. At Nova dental care I was met by Dr Shirin Parsno who is incredibly professional and talented. Dr Parsno had reassured me that all was going to go well and after a number of implants, one extraction and three teeth saved from extraction I can only wish I had met them before. Pain management is superb and the humanity within the professionals is so reassuring that every single worry I had was dealt with in a wonderful manner. I cannot thank them all enough with a special thanks to Dr Shirin.

Dr Parsno is a dental genius with state of the art knowledge and surgery technology to match. Surgery staff are administratively up to date on both procedure and practice. There is no comparison to any treatment I have received elsewhere.

Oral reconstruction after years of patching up and NHS dentures. Came highly recommended. Agreed a no exceed price in advance. The work was more complicated and took longer than expected but still kept to the estimate. Just wish I'd found her 10 years earlier, it would have saved a lot of money, time and angst. Very pleased with the result.
