I began my appointments with Nick over 2 years ago. It was several years since I had been to any dentist and I just did not know where to start. From the moment I met Nick and the team I felt at ease and confident that I was in the best of care. Nick is a complete expert and visionary in his field, not to mention a perfectionist. I trusted him fully with every step of the process and committed myself to this wonderful clinic. I received numerous extensive treatments including crown, implant, extractions and orthodontic treatment. It was the best decision I ever made and I am over the moon with my lovely new smile and healthy teeth. An absolute credit to the dental profession and an asset to any patient who is in a position to choose this clinic.

I moved to West of Ireland nearly 4 years ago and since then I go to Niall McCarthy at Harourside Dental Clinic on a regular basis. I find Dr Niall exceptionally good. He has patience and talks you through everything you want to find out. He does the good quality of work and he has good prices too. I can't recommend him enough.

Another 6 monthly visits to Dental Hygienist today. Evelyn is very thorough, gentle & efficient. It is always a pleasant experience visiting Alexandra Dental.

Today I had two molar extractions at this surgery. It was a quick, easy procedure in a pleasant, comfortable environment. I am very grateful to Dr. Harte.

I felt so protected during my first post COVID experience in such a clean practice, with every measure possible put in place to maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff. In addition, the treatment by Dr Oonagh O Regan is so gentle and skilled, you could forget you are in a dentist's chair. I hope and pray that we are never denied this essential service again. As an extremely nervous patient, I found all the staff reassuring and sympathetic. Had quite a lot of work done, all pain-free, may I add. I have recommended Shields to many since, and personally wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
