Iv been seeing Dr. Jahan for years now, for lip fillers and a couple of nose fillers. He can be hard to get in touch with as he’s a busy man but once a booking is made he’s very reliable. I don’t think I would see anyone else now.

I have been referred to Mr Karoo twice for removal pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions and on both occasions he performed the necessary procedures on an urgent basis as dictated by my condition. I could not have had better treatment or value. Mr Karoo also has special communicative skills and his friendly approach encourages confidence and minimum anxiety. This cascades down to his excellent, dedicated staff who will always go the extra mile to ensure that everything goes smoothly and efficiently to the patients needs and circumstances. I would recommend Mr Karoo as a first choice for any patient seeking the services which he provides.

I had Breast reduction surgery 2 years ago. My surgeon was Mr Sinclair. He was very professional and caring. The whole staff are fantastic. I had my surgery but unfortunately had a problem with skin healing. I then had to attend for a number of months to get treated and cleaned. I then had corrective surgery which went very well. I was one of the few whom this happens to. Overall I am still very happy with the result. I have a bit of downward scarring, which has now faded. I thoroughly recommend this place.

I had breast surgery. This no-frills private hospital was not luxurious in decor in the private rooms, the blinds looked shabby and the walls were painted a nondescript cream. It was very hot as the room faced west and it was a hot summers day of 30c. Air conditioning in reception and theatre but not on the ward. The only food I was offered post op for an overnight stay was toast, I was not given a menu to make a choice, I asked if I could have ice cream told they do not stock it but was offered a yoghurt instead. Breakfast was again toast or cereal. The procedure went well and I cannot fault the medical or nursing team. I was checked on frequently and the care I received was first class. I do feel though that some attention should be paid to the decor on the wards, air conditioning for the wards, and improve the food on offer, as I felt the catering was worse than NHS provision. After all, it is a private hospital and I expected a little bit of luxury to be standard for the price I was paying for the procedure. The staff were polite yet friendly and professional. I was checked on regularly post op and when I rang for assistance help was quick in coming. However, I later found out there were only two overnight patients. The care I received was excellent, with staff washing hands before approaching and on leaving.

Mr El Gawad is a very gifted professional gentleman who made me feel comfortable and in safe hands from the very first meeting to my ongoing care as I'm currently five weeks post-op and the results are amazing!
