Mr Khan and his Team are amazing!! I did a lot of research for my Tummy Tuck, I looked at surgeons nationwide and I even looked at the celebrity; clinic in Turkey. I looked at Mr Khans clinic and decided to contact them. After my initial meeting with Mr Khan I knew I had made the right choice. I had wanted this surgery for many years following 3 C-Sections, it was a life long dream and Mr Khan understood this fully. He instinctively knew the look I was trying to achieve and he was honest and realistic about the results obtainable and he explained everything. I have previously had dentistry work and surgery in India and I needed aftercare but due to the distance I couldn't go, so this was one of the important reasons for staying in the UK for my Tummy Tuck. After the surgery I did develop some issues, typical of me, and the aftercare service I received was phenomenal! I was given high tech equipment and I was seen in the clinic every few days until I was fully recovered. This service is invaluable and I am so grateful I didn't go overseas. The clinic itself, including the wards and the theatre, is clean, modern and welcoming. Even the car parking is easy to use! Mr Khan and his team have changed my life. My dream has come true and I have a wonderful long-awaited tummy and perfect shape. My husband, children and family have noticed the lift this has had on my spirits. Breast reduction from £5800

Your breasts are reduced by removing breast tissue from below and around your nipple. The nipple is raised to a higher position and the breast skin is then stitched leaving you with a scar around the areola (the coloured skin around the nipple), vertically down from the areola to the crease under the breast and often a horizontal scar underneath the breast along the breast crease (i.e. the scar is shaped like an inverted letter “T” or an anchor).

Nipple Reduction

Some people develop overly large nipples or alternatively may develop nipple duplication (a “double nipple”). Correcting this normally takes about 30-minutes and is usually performed under local anaesthetic (with you awake) as a day case procedure (in and out the same day).

Inverted Nipple Surgery from £1500

Once your nipple is numbed using injections of local anaesthetic small incisions are made at the base of the nipple. Depending upon the degree of your nipple inversion, either a stitch is inserted inside the nipple which, when tightened prevents the nipple from inverting, or alternatively, small flaps of surrounding areola skin (the coloured skin around the nipple) are tunnelled in and stitched under the nipple to prevent it inverting again.

Breast Reduction

A breast reduction is an operation performed to reduce the size of one or both breasts. It is performed under a general anaesthetic and the operation takes 2-3 hours and requires a hospital stay of 2-3 days. There are different technical ways the operation can be carried out depending on a number of individual factors, and this determines the extent and location of the resultant scars on the breast. Broadly speaking, in all breast reduction operations, cuts are made on the under surface of the breast and excess skin and breast tissue is excised together with a reduction in the diameter of the areola (the pink/brown part of the nipple complex) if this is too large. The nipple is moved to a higher, more youthful position and the wounds are stitched with dissolving sutures, and covered with light dressings. The resultant scars are shaped like an inverted "T" shape and include a circular scar around the nipple/areoalar complex, a vertical scar passing from the nipple to underneath the breast, which joins a long curved scar passing in the breast fold. In some individuals, it is possible to perform the surgery without the scar in the breast fold, leaving only a circular scar around the nipple and a vertical scar.

The nipple is moved to a higher, more youthful position and the wounds are stitched with dissolving sutures, and covered with light dressings. The resultant scars depend on the exact techniques employed and vary from only a circular scar around the new nipple/areoalar complex, to additional scars such as a vertical scar passing from the nipple to underneath the breast. In some individuals, it is necessary to have an additional long curved scar passing in the breast fold. It is important to realise that a mastopexy procedure does not alter the size/volume of the breast. but rather its shape. The procedure can be combined with breast augmentation using an implant if an increase in breast size is also desired.
