I am having a course of Radio Frequency Facials with Kathryn. I have always been concerned about the puffy and ageing look around my eyes. After just a few treatments and then a 6 week holiday break, the results are amazing and lasting. I have a couple more treatments to do and cannot wait to see even better results. I had a radiant peel with Vitamin A boost. I wasn't very sure about the treatment, so I googled and had a basic knowledge. Before I started treatment, cleared all my doubts and she patiently explained every aspect of the treatment. I usually do not care about my skin and never use sunscreen. She insisted on the importance of care and sun protection. The treatment was very relaxing. She gave a pack of a gentle cleanser, recovery balm, broad-spectrum sun scream SPF40 and explained the aftercare regime. I could really feel the difference. The skin had a real glow.

Beata is always contactable, highly professional and put me at ease with my scars, explaining the treatment options available (laser scar removal at different depths) and letting me choose the course of action and how many treatments/what products she recommended without being pushy. Would highly recommend her services and Eternal Face & Body clinic (which is lovely, airy and clean).

The guys at Skin Clinic were absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming, gave me some very useful advice and treatments to try before I felt the need to have treatment there and even gave me a lift to the train station as my taxi was delayed in Storm Dennis! Lovely people and couldn’t recommend enough.

In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. Thank you for adapting the service you provide to me based on my needs, thank you for not pushing me to buy something that will only benefit the decrease or my wallet vs my skin. I have a long list of things that still want to improve on my body and face but I’m 75% there. I look forward to every treatment I have to have in your clinic.
