My experience has been fantastic. From the very first time I got in contact with Mr Barabas I knew it had to be him. He gave me so much confidence and explained everything about the procedure. Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.
