I am an Australian citizen. I undertook a CoolSculpting fat freezing procedure at the LINNA Clinic in October 2025. The clinic premises were immaculate, and the staff welcomed and made me feel at ease. The staff were very well qualified to operate the Cool Swiss machine and paid particular attention as to my well-being during the procedure. I had 10 spots frozen and obtained a series of Peptiide self-injectables as well. I am currently eagerly awaiting the results of my weight loss. I can highly recommend LINNA Clinic to anyone

This was my first IV drip NAD+, and I'm really thankful to have met Dr. Napat Nitayaphan. She's truly beautiful and gentle! She patiently explained and answered all my questions! The process was not uncomfortable at all, on the contrary, I slept soundly! The best part is there was no hard sales and the staff continuously cared about any discomfort I might have while receiving the drip. Being travelling in Asia I ended up with my Skin Treatment effectiveness in Bangkok as the muscles in the skin started to work again. As Quality and Security are key for me I ended up deciding to invest a bit more in my health protection and choosing Metro Beauty Center at The Metro Clinic. A decision which was 100% right! After a warm welcome at the front a very friendly, talented and professional anamneses was taken by Renaud. He took a lot of time to understand my demands, history and my wishes. After going through all of that he made a statement about what he would use and how much. Straight offering a follow-up after 10-14 days to make it perfect then. I agreed and joined the Doctors' room with a little waiting time. The Doctor a young (cute) and very professional person explained everything and continued with the procedure. She had a helping hand cooling my face parts right before the injection. Something that was very effective and never experienced before. The result was better than ever. As they used Nabota a Korean brand which is the best of the best. The treatment went smoothly and I had no headaches, muscle irritations or trigeminus problems till the muscles were switched off. It went so fast I could not believe it. Never experienced the result so fast after the treatment. Just 1-3 Days and it was already 75% of the result. The next week the last 25% kicked in and it was awesome. Renaud was all the time in touch with me through WhatsApp taking remote care of me and my process. The duration of the result was almost a month more than ever before. I have to say this Korean Nabota is top notch and you should never take less in terms of Quality. Overall "The Metro Clinic" is a 10 out of 10 possible quality points and was worth every single bath. I would never go for less than what this Clinic provided. Appointment was on time and was greeted with a posted welcome sign and a cold tropical drink. The physician who performed the blood draw was quite skilled, barely noticing the venal puncture. Received the result the same evening! Amazing. Price was only USD17.00.

Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I had some skin issues. The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. The doctor is very skilled. I can truly recommend this place. This clinic is equipped with the latest laser technology, everyone speaks very good English. Great results done by an experienced doctor. Great service, very happy with the result. Will Definitely go back.

The doctor and staff were very friendly. The procedure was almost painless and fast. One recommendation to improve is to unpack the products in front of the client and to show the client the specific product being used before administering. Apart from that, I would highly recommend it.

Very professional and good service. Lovely surroundings. I had micro-needling and the price included add-on treatments and cosmetics and a free red light facial a few days afterwards. So good value
