From my first consultation with Dr Patel to my treatments with Jo I have been treated with respect and consideration. I'm always greeted by smiling faces and the clinic just doesn't feel like a medical facility. In truth, it's taken several treatments to see an improvement but I'm very glad I chose this course of action. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe.
