Gastric Sleeve Europe

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!

I had breast augmentation done in May 2023 with Auralia. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am so happy with my results. I was going back and forth about my decision for over a year as I was unsure if I needed a lift as I had gone to consultations with lots of other clinics some telling me I needed a lift and some telling me I didn’t. And one surgeon even turning me away saying that the look I wanted to achieve was not possible. I was very disheartened and confused by this which had me going back and forth on my decision. I then had my consultation with Auralia and I was put at ease and the surgeon explained to me that the implant alone would give me the lift that I needed. I got to try on different-sized implants during my consultation which I didn’t get in other consultations with other clinics. the recovery was very quick and I was back to work in 5 days with no issues. Best decision I made this year.

I was really nervous about going for surgery abroad but l was quickly put at ease, after landing in Poland l was greeted by Oskar who was absolutely marvelous. The doctors and nurses were also really brilliant very professional and everything in the hospital was spotless. I live in Canada and had been suffering from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder for a number of years. After trying various types of alternate solutions such as physiotherapy, visco-supplementation and cortisone injections, the conclusion was reached with the doctors involved that a full shoulder replacement surgery was the best, if not the only, solution to regain life quality moving forward. I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, but was not getting any call back, and was unable to find out when I could possibly get that call, let alone go through the surgery. I began to search on the Web for organizations providing private medical services abroad. There are many out there, advertising services in many different countries. I reached out to several of them through their sites. Wellness Travels was the only one which, in my opinion, demonstrated a serious and human approach. Even though the clinic is located in a fairly remote country (Lithuania), this was not a deterrent since I exchanged daily for several weeks with a Lithuanian contact in Canada. All my questions and concerns were addressed throughout those exchanges. In addition, I had consultations with a very experienced Canadian based orthopedic surgeon, who performed thousands of surgeries throughout his career, and took the time to travel to the clinic, meet the surgeons and inspect the facilities thoroughly. He went to the extent of climbing up to the roof to verify the ventilation systems. With the coordinator we scheduled a date for the surgery and determined the best travel plans. When I finally got there, the clinic was exactly as what I saw on their website and what the doctor told me: immaculate and as modern as any other world class facility. From a pricing perspective, the cost was very reasonable, compared to the those advertised by the other sites. The surgery and rehab services were outstanding at every level. The surgeon even took the time to visit me every day during my stay to follow up on my progress. The physiotherapist showed up even on weekends to work with me and the other foreign patients. Surgery such as the one I got is a major undertaking, and an even more daunting one when travelling far from home away from family and friends. I took the risk to go for it, and it was worthwhile! In general, people who know me would confirm that I am a very demanding customer. So it is quite a leap for me to totally recommend without hesitation Wellness Travels to anyone in need of orthopaedic surgery.

The whole medical team and especially the surgeon Prof. Antanas Mickevičius were outstanding and I received first-class care and aftercare treatment in Newman clinic .from the first time I made a decision to do a gastric bypass Victoria was with me on WhatsApp until the last day. I really had a lovely experience with them and I think why I didn’t do it sooner. Prof. Antanas Mickevičius Is number one Dr in bariatric surgery in Europe and England and I’m so happy to have a chance to be his patient .

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. Now 6 months later and I can positively say it has definitely been one do the best things I’ve ever done for my future health.

Ich würde jede Schönheitsoperation von ihm durchführen lassen, denn er hat großartige Arbeit bei mir geleistet und mir damit ein neues Lebensgefühl geschenkt. Ich kann ihm nicht genug dafür danken! In April I went to Belgium to have my eyelid surgery done. A friend and I were doing some research on clinics and Belgium’s response rate, photos on the website, cost and general services, made it our best option. It was really good value for money. I’m so pleased with the results and would do it all over again if given the chance. The follow-up was done at their London-based surgery and I had the stitches removed there too. Downtime was only three days.
