I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

So I had a gastric sleeve operation in June last year by Dr Mehmet and his team, I started first class, and from start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were unbelievable, and the hospital was immaculately clean the checks and tests they gave you before even thinking about the surgery were surreal. The doctor and his assistant were constantly checking to see how everything was, I was sceptical about going to another country and getting it done but am I glad I did it. Since June I'm down over 9st it's changed my life for the better. Highly recommend if you are thinking about it do it and definitely with this doctor and his team behind him, again thanks for everything you did for me

I would like to thank Dr. Derda Ozer for my surgery and follow-up appointment, as well as Hassan and Zainab from the MDO team. I am especially grateful to Hassan, who served as my host, translating everything for me and taking care of me throughout the process—from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. I will always be thankful to them for my procedure and for being such excellent hosts. I was well taken care of by Dr. Derda Ozer, and the hospital was well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. My surgery went well, and on the same day, I was transferred to my hotel. The following day, I had a follow-up appointment. Hassan took me on a tour of Istanbul, visiting Aya Sofya, the Sultanahmet area, and the Blue Mosque. I am very thankful to him for being a great host; he speaks excellent English, explains everything clearly, and is a genuinely positive person, and treated me like an older brother. Regarding my surgery, everything went according to plan like we talked about before my visit. As for the results, I am partially satisfied and still recovering, waiting for the final outcome related to my squint eye. I remain in communication with the MDO team and have been advised to give it three months, as recovery times can vary. I may consider future courses of action later on. If I achieve an 80% correction of my squint, I will be very happy. After my surgery, my eye still shows a slight deviation, and the size of my operated eye is still smaller than that of the other eye. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery and remain hopeful for the best results. I would definitely recommend MDO, as they are a genuine clinic, and the hospital they use for surgeries has all the necessary facilities and is based in Istanbul. They are a trustworthy company that takes great care of their patients, and without a doubt, they are neither fake nor fraudulent. The staff and team are very honest and generous.

From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I had a gastrict sleeve a month ago. Ildem has been amazing (we text regularly). My experience was very good, but I must stress, don't go alone like I did, I struggled with my translator but she did try. Hospital was clean & comfortable, hotel/transport was amazing. Even removed a problem, gallstone!! Can't wait for stage 2 next year & I'll definitely be using this company again. Thanks to my awesome surgeon & the nurses too, I've healed up well.

When I say I researched thoroughly, I mean *thoroughly*—I had a spreadsheet of options, reviews, prices, and patient feedback from Instagram and TikTok. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner. Ilva and Dr. Olegs are an absolute dream team. Ilva is always there when you need her, and the hospital and its care are second to none. I'm now 19 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier or more thankful to Weightloss Latvia.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was.
