The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I had a sleeve gastrectomy on 3rd November 2023 with Dr Cem Arslan. The whole experience was seemless, stress-free and very comfortable. The whole team made me feel very safe and confident and the service was excellent. I had an ECG and blood tests and lungs checked before surgery, and was monitored closely by nurses before and after surgery. The follow-up has also been excellent, maintaining contact and available for questions 24/7! I have no regrets about my decision and highly recommend Dr Cem and his wonderful team to anyone! I am so grateful for the care, support and individual attention I received!

Doing the bariatric surgery with Novemed was one of the best decisions I ever made. The team was very nice, they explained everything carefully and they made me feel at home. I'm 2 days post-op from a gastric sleeve, I decided to have it due to health conditions that were affected by my weight. It was amazing value for money, and the treatment and care were outstanding. I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

Clinic Center has changed my life... Two years ago I had a gastric sleeve operation with these guys. It was a really tough decision to make which I've been thinking about for years. After years of trying to diet and failing decided to have the gastric sleeve. Clinics United offered a very competitive price. Clinics United was recommended to me by my friend who had also had the sleeve done. The team were lovely from start to finish. Claudia and Ayşe were my coordinators they were helpful and organised airport transfers to and from hospital. The hospital was very impressive the staff doctors and nurses were all lovely and the place was clean and tidy. Dr Erdemcan is a superb surgeon who did my surgery with no issues his team met with me before the surgery did all the pro op scans and blood tests and made me feel very reassured.

I had my surgery on January 16th 2023 and I can honestly say the care I received was 10/10. From the minute I arrived in Turkey to the minute I left I was looked after extremely well. Irem my interpreter was amazing she really did go above and beyond. Everything was explained to me regarding my operation and for after my operation. I highly recommend bridge health travel.

We started your journey with Sezen in early 2021 words can not describe how helpful Sezen was. She answered every question we had. We had your gastric sleeve done in August 2021 it has just changed our life's for the best, we are just sorry we had not done years ago. We a small bit of pain after the op just for a day or two but that was it . Dr Metin Karadeniz is a true gentleman I don't think he realises how much he changes people lives, words are not enough in saying thank you. So far my husband has lost 13 st 7lbs and I have lost 7stone. We have a bit to go but it was the best decision we ever made in our life. Eleanor and Enda.

My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. Even afterwards the team have been there for any queries I have had. I’m currently 19 weeks post-op (mini bypass) and 37kg down so far 😁

I arrived Wednesday 15th June for gastric sleeve on my own was feeling very nervous but was put at ease from start to finish. Now at hotel waiting to get a flight home in the morning.

I chose to have my Gastric Sleeve surgery with NewMe Clinic following recommendations. I know someone who has had surgery here already and has had great success. I also chose this clinic due to the experience and reputation of Prof Nurullah Bulbuller. From the moment I made contact I was impressed with the responsiveness to my questions, I had loads! We was greeted at the airport and transferred to the hospital in comfortable transportation. All staff treated me and my husband with the utmost respect. I had to have some tests done on arrival, which continued the morning of surgery day, to make sure I was fit for surgery. The surgery went well, although the pain when being woken was unbelievable! Once back in my room, I was given intravenous pain relief, which relieved the pain enough for me to settle. The pain eased greatly 3 days after surgery. I was encouraged to walk soon after surgery, which is important to relieve pain from gas. My husband was provided with all his meals during my stay and a comfortable bed in my room. We didn’t want for anything. I have been sent home with vitamins, stomach protector and blood thinning injections, with a support network on the phone if needed.
