Danny uses a primarily integrated  approach to counselling, using humanistic and CBT methodologies. He will do his best to work with you through whatever it is that you choose to bring into the counselling room, big or small. He has experience of a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to stress and anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, depression and trauma He is an EAP afiliate and has 18 months experience as an addiction counsellor for Cuam Mhuire, the country's largest treatment centre. He works from Old Bawn Road Clinic in Tallaght. He is an Accredited Member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

Lotus Counselling's goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients who may be facing a range of difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, grief etc. It can be a courageous step to turn to a stranger for support. I am trained in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy which means I do not follow one particular discipline or school of thought. Rather than a 'one size fits all' approach I find it more beneficial to integrate a range of different theories and techniques based on the individual client's needs. These include but are not limited to Humanistic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Gestalt therapy and Psychodynamic theory.

My name is Laura Branigan-Bayoumi and I hold an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and am a fully accredited member of the I.A.C.P.  I work from a humanistic and integrative approach, which means that I draw on various humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused theories in order to  explore the difficulties you are facing, increase your self-awareness and  provide you with support.   As a humanistic Psychotherapist I respect  each individual's ability to make their own decisions. My work with you will not be about giving advice or deciding what is best for you. Instead, through discussion and exploration, I will work with you to help you clarify your own beliefs, values and priorities, so you can reach your own decisions on what is best for you.   We will work together in order to truly understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, to deepen your level of self awareness, and to identify and work on breaking unhelpful patterns in your life. Online Therapy Cassian Sweeney,MAPCP, BA (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy Online Cassian has first class honours in a BA (hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy and has vast experience providing individually tailored therapy for adult individuals, using CBT, EFT, Mindfulness and Attachment Theory techniques and influences. She has great expertise in many emotional issues, including depression, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, OCD and can provide crisis management, counselling and motivational coaching . I'm currently offering both face to face* and also online counselling. If you're feeling stuck in your life, or anxious, stressed, or depressed, counselling can help. I believe that you have the resources within yourself to find answers and resolve your difficulties, but may need a bit of help on this journey.  I work in an integrative way, meaning that I will use elements from different areas of psychotherapy in order to help you develop a stronger and healthier sense of yourself. It is helpful to gain some insight into the cause of the problem, and then work together with you on finding ways forward.  I hold a BA (hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from ICHAS (the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences) and am an accredited member of the APCP and also a registered member of the BACP. I have experience and knowledge in trauma and have trained in EMDR and am currently training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-focused treatment for trauma.  Most recently I have trained in couples co)unselling and am now seeing couples.
