Life Coaching Dublin County

This is my first session with Robert. It went very well for me. I found him gifted in his presence and as a therapist.

Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Sarah is an excellent therapist with a very empathetic nature and the ability to hold space in a safe way. I am so glad I found her and continue to work with her gladly. Highly recommended.

I consulted Dr MO. Varzideh on Friday 14 June, his service was magnificent 👌, which I never anticipated, he dedicated his time to the patient listened to you and ensured his observations were done perfectly without rushing. If the world can have such people in various fields, ethics will be at an epitome level in all fields. Long live Dr.

I was in a dark place and needed to talk to someone. Always feeling negative as if something bad was going to happen. Bernie helped me get out of that place and helped me see that it was stuff that had happened in my past which was affecting me over my life. She is kind, genuine and thought-provoking. I now feel more positive and hopeful about my life.

Very happy with Rachel and Resilience Counselling and glad I found her. I feel like real progress is being made. She's very authentic and thoughtful and thought-provoking, and very easy to talk to.
