Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment Dublin County

This is my first session with Robert. It went very well for me. I found him gifted in his presence and as a therapist.

Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. Crazy that it has been such a long time since and I am still feeling the great effects of it. I have recommended Cormac to all my friends. It is crazy the impact it has made on my life. I really cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much Cormac.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I attended The Resilience Clinic with my 11-year-old daughter on 20/03/2026. My daughter has had a long journey with professionals. The first thing I noticed as we walked through the door was Caroline and how she received us. She let us make ourselves comfortable at our own pace; there was no rushing my daughter. Michaela brought five different soft toys with her, and Caroline treated them the same as my daughter (with respect and as if they were friends). We went for an autism assessment with Caroline. My daughter paced the floor throughout and not once did Caroline ask her to sit, which was refreshing. She allowed my daughter be who she truly was and didn't argue with her. At the end of the session, I felt listened to and heard, which is quite unusual for a parent in Ireland. I actually thanked Caroline for being the first person ever to help me in this journey. What was crazy unusual was that at the end, my daughter started walking over to Caroline, hesitated and then went right up and gave her a hug. This NEVER happens. My daughter said on the walk back to the car that Caroline felt safe, so I gave her a hug. In that sentence, she summed up what Caroline is: she's friendly, unique, helpful, knowledgeable, but most importantly, safe for both parent and child.

Caroline made the journey very efficient and accessible. Firstly, very kind over the phone and didn't have a long waiting list like other clinics. The clinic is also in a quieter area in the city centre which made it easy to get to. The assessment was very thorough and it felt great to talk to someone that gets it. Would recommend. ❤️

I have been seeing Renata for a number of months now for virtual therapy sessions for Anxiety and a rare form of OCD, I had seen a different therapist before I saw Renata however I was not making progress as ultimately I felt they did not fully understand my particular struggles with Anxiety/OCD. I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Renata, she is a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who got to the root of my issues, we also began looking at other areas of my life that needed improvement. Solving Mental Health struggles can be like putting together a jigsaw, It takes time and consistency to improve your mental health and there may be things that are bothering you that you are not even conscious of but Renata was very intuitive and I felt she really understood my specific issues. From being at a point earlier in the year where I could not sleep and felt I was on the brink of falling apart my anxiety has significantly decreased and also my confidence in other areas of my life has greatly improved, Renata really got to work on my self-esteem and lack of confidence issues that bothered me for some time, I feel a significant improvement in these areas. If you are struggling with your mental health I cannot recommend a better therapist than Renata, her knowledge is vast, her kindness and compassion are sincere and genuine, she has really helped me and I am very thankful for that.
