Deimante Jaugaite is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She works with individuals and couples in English, German, Lithuanian, and Russian, using Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. With a background in Banking and qualifications in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness, she focuses on holistic treatment and client-centered development. Deimante is open-minded and encourages clients to discuss topics such as intimacy, sexuality, trauma, addiction, and their relationship with themselves and the world. She advocates for mental and physical health, allowing her clients' physical, psychological, spiritual, and sexual selves to be heard and worked with in the therapeutic space. Areas of focus include past and present trauma, relationship issues, sexuality, anxiety, depression, workplace issues, life purpose, isolation, multicultural concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD. Making the decision to find a counsellor can be a difficult task, whether it is your first time or you are returning back to counselling. It can be a huge step in itself, as you may be experiencing a number of feelings, such as: what if I look silly, what if my problems seem unimportant or what if I don't know where to start?
