Malou Acupuncture Counselling is a friendly, welcoming acupuncture practice in Dublin providing treatments for a variety of health conditions and promoting patient's general wellbeing. It is run by Malou Wang, a practitioner with over 25 years experience in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dublin and Shanghai and Dublin. Having worked and trained in Chinese and Irish hospitals, Malou ensures a balance between Eastern and Western medicine in her practice. Through almost 2 decades of acupuncture practice, I have always been curious about psyche (Mind) and somatic (Body) interconnection. After 4 years of studying at Dublin Business School, I have been awarded a bachelor degree BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. These studies have enhanced my empathetic understanding of feelings of myself and others. When Western medicine and philosophy meets Eastern, it allows Mind, Body and Spirit to emerge into the ‘ONE’. All my work is a conjunction of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming and counselling. All work is carried out in a relaxed state (a hypnotic trance) which enables real change to take place thanks to work done with your subconscious mind. You will be aware at all time and my work is bound by a strict code of ethics.
